Activating external CRM Synchronization

To activate external CRM synchronization for goTom, an order must be placed via email to [email protected]. After a follow-up call from our support team, the access credentials will be securely delivered to the customer using a suitable method.

The following information is required for the order:

  • Instance name
  • Contact person (first/last name, company, email, phone)
  • Preferred secure method for transferring sensitive credentials (e.g., personal delivery, postal mail, or encrypted digital channels like GPG-secured email).
