Do I need CRM Sync API, Campaign API or Graph Report API?
CRM Sync API
You need CRM Sync API, if
If you have different departments working with a centralized CRM software that handles all your customers and contacts. E.g. when your digital advertisement team needs to work with the same CRM data like your print, tv and radio teams.
You don't need CRM Sync API, if
If goTom is your only CRM software and handles all your customers and contacts. Or if goTom develops a customized API for you that connects to your own CRM software.
Campaign API
You need Campaign API, if
If you want to start the booking process in another software than goTom. E.g. when you sell cross media campaigns that need to have the digital, print and radio budgets on the same order document, but you can only handle the digital part in goTom.
You don't need Campaign API, if
If all your bookings are for digital advertisement only. Or if goTom develops a customized API for you that connects to your own booking software.
Graph Report API
You need Graph Report API, if
If you want to export filtered data from goTom and import it into you own reporting software. E.g. you only want to export campaigns with the state "offer", that were created last month and belong to a certain sales team.
You don't need Graph Report API, if
If you do all your reporting in goTom. Or if you want to export all data from goTom unfiltered. In that case, goTom can activate a full data dump which is provided on an Amazon Web Server 3.
